Quality & Logistics
Inspection at the factory, then customs, freight and delivery to your door.
Checked before it ships, tracked until it lands.
The Atlas Network inspects goods where they are made and moves them to where they are needed. Quality control happens at the factory - in-line during the run and again before anything is packed - so defects are found while they can still be fixed rather than after a container has sailed. From there Atlas handles export documentation, consolidation, freight booking, customs clearance and final-mile delivery, with one team answering for the shipment from the loading bay to your warehouse door.
What Atlas handles in Quality & Logistics.
- 01
In-line inspection
Checks during the run, so a problem costs one lot rather than the whole order.
- 02
Pre-shipment inspection
AQL inspection against your standard before anything is packed or sealed.
- 03
Freight and consolidation
Sea, air and consolidated shipments booked and tracked, routed for cost or for speed.
- 04
Customs and delivery
Export paperwork, clearance and final-mile delivery to your warehouse or filler.
Most supply chains break at the handover. Atlas holds quality and freight in the same hands, so nothing falls between them.

Frequently asked questions
When does The Atlas Network inspect goods?
Twice: in-line while the order is being produced, and again before shipment once it is finished. Catching a fault mid-run means one lot is reworked instead of the whole order being rejected on arrival.
Does Atlas handle customs clearance?
Yes. Atlas prepares the export documentation, books and tracks the freight, and manages customs clearance through to final-mile delivery.
Can Atlas ship by air as well as sea?
Yes - sea, air and consolidated shipments, routed for cost or for speed depending on what the launch date needs.
What happens if an inspection fails?
The shipment is held. Atlas works the defect back through the factory - rework, replacement or re-run - and re-inspects before anything moves, so the problem is resolved before it becomes yours.
