Sourcing & Production

Vetted factories, tooling and mass production, managed against one agreed specification.

Overview

The right factory, and the run it actually produces.

Sourcing is only half the job. The Atlas Network finds the factory whose capability, capacity and price point match what you are building - then stays on the floor while it is made. We qualify and audit suppliers, negotiate terms, commission tooling, run sampling until the sample is right, and hold the approved specification across every subsequent lot. Twenty years of production relationships mean the introduction is quick; owning the run end to end means the second order looks like the first.

Capabilities

What Atlas handles in Sourcing & Production.

  1. 01

    Supplier qualification

Factories audited on capability, capacity, compliance and price before they see your brief.

  2. 02

    Tooling and sampling

Moulds, dies and pre-production samples approved while changes are still cheap.

  3. 03

    Mass production

The approved specification held across every lot, with capacity booked ahead of your dates.

  4. 04

    Cost and terms

Pricing, MOQs and payment terms negotiated on your behalf, not the factory's.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does The Atlas Network choose a factory?

Atlas qualifies suppliers against the specific brief - capability for the process, capacity for the volume, compliance record, and a price that works at your target margin - then audits the shortlist before production is placed. The network is built from twenty years of production relationships rather than a directory search.

Can Atlas manage production at a factory we already use?

Yes. Atlas can take over management of an existing supplier relationship - sampling, specification control, inspection and shipment - without moving the work.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Atlas works to keep MOQs low. The achievable minimum depends on the process and the tooling involved, and is confirmed as part of the quote rather than guessed at.

Who owns the tooling?

Tooling commissioned for your product is yours. Atlas specifies it, commissions it and keeps the records, so it can be moved if the supplier ever needs to change.
