How it ran
The challenge
A bottle shaped like a baseball has to do everything an ordinary bottle does: seal reliably, run on a filling line, survive shipping and meet the same standards. Shape is the easy part; making it work as packaging is not.
Our approach
Developed custom moulds for each shape rather than adapting stock glass.
Held the neck and closure geometry to a standard the brand's fill line could run.
Matched closures and tamper-evident seals to each shape.
Specified shippers with dividers, since shaped glass does not pack like a cylinder.
What was delivered
Three shaped bottles: a 50ml baseball, a football bottle and a golf bottle.
