The challenge
Trade barware is used hard every night. A Moscow Mule mug has to keep its finish through thousands of washes, and a bartender's bag has to carry heavy steel tools without tearing - so the tolerances matter far more than they would on a giftware run.
Our approach
Selected factories with genuine metal-forming capability for the copper, not just a decorating line.
Specified the leather and canvas carry for working loads, with stitching and hardware rated for weight.
Held third-party inspection during production rather than only at the end, so a finish problem is caught on the line.
Booked freight and customs clearance through to delivery.
